Fishing is Fantastic in this Fall!
Inshore, the Trout, Redfish and Spanish Mackerel are cooperating at nearly every flat adjacent to deep water. They are hitting on greenbacks and shrimp and are great on a plate! The Snook are starting to move around, too!

Look for Cobia to show as they roam the flats. Another inshore favorite, Pompano, are starting to hit small jigs and shrimp in area passes.

Late October marks the beginning of Fall fishing on the Suncoast. Pelagics inshore and offshore will begin the seasonal march and this spells for some great angling. King Mackerel and their smaller cousins, Spanish Mackerel, will start invading our coast in early November. Offshore, Grouper can be found in 40-80 feet offshore, with the cooler temperatures of Winter bringing them even closer to shore.

Along with Grouper, Snapper are also targeted.
